Sara Durham found her way to skincare after a lifetime of handling her own sensitive skin needs. As a client of Kitzie Spa since 2014, she was inspired to follow in the footsteps of her friend of 20+ years,
Laura Kitzmann, and is thrilled to now be part of the Kitzie Spa team.

Sara’s desire to create a life she loves led her to leave her previous career in clinical research at Kansas City hospitals to attend school and become a licensed esthetician. Her passion is people and healthy skin!

Sara graduated from Summit Salon Academy in 2021, where she was Student of the Month four times. She is an oncology trained, certified Kansas City acne specialist whose strength lies in customizing skin
care treatments to the unique needs of each guest she meets. Also a certified health coach, Sara approaches skin health and challenges with a holistic mindset. She provides a level of service that leaves each guest feeling pampered, rejuvenated, and armed with knowledge and products to support their skincare goals.

When Sara is not spending her weekends at the spa, you will probably find her at the lake or by the pool, properly covered in SPF, spending time with the people she loves, and recharging with the help of Mother Nature, meditation, and practicing reiki.
