We want to thank you for your patience and support during this time. Although life is slowly moving again, we assure you that your safety will always be our top priority. We remain diligent in sanitizing our spa to ensure the safety of everyone’s health.
Here is what you can expect on your next visit:
You will receive your usual texts and/or email notifications and also a COVID-19 screening via email 3 days prior to your appointment. We ask that you please complete this screening before you arrive for your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive texts or emails from Kitzie Spa, please reach out to us directly so we may resolve this issue.
Upon your arrival:
Please arrive at the time of your scheduled service. We have adjusted our schedules to allow for time before your treatment to use the restroom, catch up, get settled in the treatment room, etc.
Arriving on time will also give your service provider time enough time between each appointment so that we can fully sanitize all treatment rooms.
We will be there to greet you at the door with clear instructions on how to prepare for your service. We will screen our temperature each day, be wearing masks and protective eye wear throughout the duration of every service you receive and disinfecting all surfaces where any contact has been made.
You are required by the Kansas City and Clay County Health Dept ordinance to wear a mask into the building and spa and keep the mask on at all times, with the exception of when you are receiving a facial treatment. We will encourage you to wash your hands upon entry, before leaving the spa and following the use of the restroom. If you do not have a mask, we will have them on hand for you to wear in and out of the treatment room and will have plenty of hand sanitizer available!
We love your people, but cannot accommodate any additional visitors at this time. Only the person receiving a service will be allowed into the treatment room and we ask that there is no one waiting in the lobby.
There will also be just a few changes to how we process payment at the end of your treatment:
- Credit card payments will not require a signature to provide a contact-less experience.
- We will accept cash as payment, but we will not be able to make change. So, please come prepared.
All these additional steps may change at any time without notice as we find ways of becoming systematic. We have missed you more than you could ever know, are grateful for your continued support and look forward to seeing you in our safe space!
